The main aim of the project is to increase the competences of those participating in education at a higher level, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society, and to improve the availability of international education programmes for those involved in higher education in Poland and for foreigners, as well as support for organisational changes and the reinforcement of human resources in the higher education system through the implementation of three modules by July 2022: education, raising of competences and management in the higher education institutions, the target group is students and staff from 1737 students from 9 units; 151 teaching staff; 150 persons — administrative staff and university as institutional institutes. the project involves the implementation of training programmes in English, the integration of lecturers from abroad in the implementation of education programmes, certified training courses, workshops, cooperation with employers, increased employer involvement in the implementation of education programmes, as well as the implementation of the PMS (Business Process Management) system, which will integrate student support tools (including professional support) and a process of teaching in order to significantly improve the quality of educational services provided. The implementation of the project will also contribute to the increase in university teaching competences and managerial and administrative powers. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa oraz poprawa dostępności międzynarodowych programów kształcenia dla osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym z Polski oraz dla cudzoziemców, jak również wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego, poprzez wdrożenie do lipca 2022 r. trzech modułów: programów kształcenia, podnoszenia kompetencji oraz zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego.Grupę docelową stanowią studenci oraz pracownicy PŁ:1737 studentów z 9 wydziałów; 151 osób - kadry dydaktycznej; 150 osób - kadry administracyjnej oraz uczelnia jako instytucja.Projekt zakłada realizację programów kształcenia w języku angielskim, włączenie wykładowców z zagranicy w realizację programów kształcenia, certyfikowane szkolenia, zajęcia warsztatowe, współpracę uczelni z pracodawcami, zwiększenie zaangażowania pracodawców w realizację programów kształcenia, jak również wdrożenie Systemu BPMS (Business Proces Management) wraz z aplikacjami procesowymi, który zintegruje narzędzia obsługi studentów (m.in. wsparcia zawodowego) oraz procesu dydaktycznego w celu znaczącej poprawy jakości świadczonych usług edukacyjnych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się również do podniesienia kompetencji dydaktycznych kadr uczelni oraz kompetencji zarządczych kadr kierowniczych i administracyjnych. (Polish)
