The aim of the project “Integration – Integrated Development of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin” is the comprehensive development of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin (PUM) by extending the current educational offer, which will result in increasing the competences of students in the field of economic, labour market and society needs and improving the functioning of the university by supporting organizational changes and increasing the competence of staff in the higher education system.The project is addressed to 1122 students of the PUM, 51 employees of the administrative staff and administrators. Within the framework of the project, the following modules will be implemented:1) Module of Education Programs,2) Module for Competence Upgrading,3) Management module in institutions of higher education.The module for Competence Upgrading assumes the implementation of 3 elements from the following:a) Certified training leading to obtaining qualifications and/or workshops training courses training competences, b) additional practical tasks for students carried out in the form of design, including within the framework of project teams, etc. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu "Integration - Zintegrowany rozwój Pomorskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Szczecinie"jest kompleksowy rozwój Pomorskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Szczecinie (PUM) poprzez rozszerzenie aktualnej oferty edukacyjnej, co skutkować będzie podniesieniem kompetencji studentów w zakresie potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa oraz usprawnienie funkcjonowania uczelni poprzez wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego.Projekt skierowany jest do 1122 studentów PUM, 51pracowników kadry dydaktycznej oraz 18 pracowników kadry administracyjno - zarządczej PUM. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące moduły:1) Moduł Programów Kształcenia,2) Moduł Podnoszenia Kompetencji,3) Moduł Zarządzania w Instytucjach Szkolnictwa Wyższego.Moduł Podnoszenia Kompetencji zakłada realizację 3 elementów spośród poniższych:a) certyfikowane szkolenia prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifikacji i/lub zajęcia warsztatowe kształcące kompetencje, b) dodatkowe zadania praktyczne dla studentów realizowane w formie projektowej, w tym w ramach zespołów projektowych, c) wizyty studyjne u pracodawców, d) uczestniczenie studentów w formach aktywności wynikających ze współpracy uczelni z pracodawcami, zwiększających zaangażowanie pracodawców w realizację programów kształcenia (np. zajęcia dodatkowe organizowane z pracodawcami), służących lepszemu przygotowaniu absolwentów do wejścia na rynek pracy.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.07.2019 do 30.06.2022 r.
