The main objective of the project is to activate work and the community and increase employment opportunities by providing comprehensive and individual support by 31.08.2019, in the form of: Identify needs with IPD, career guidance and job placement, vocational training and traineeships 103 people. THE MAIN RESULTS ARE: — number of people under the age of 30 who were qualified after leaving the programme – 42 (33K/9M) – number of people under the age of 30 who acquired professional experience – 72 (55K/17M) – number of people with increased awareness of their predispositions and their professional purpose – 96 (75K/21M). The target group of the project is 93 people (73K/20M) including disabled, living (within the meaning of the NC) in the area of WS, including ON, aged 18-29, without a job, who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEET youth, not registered in employment offices (excl. defined for the mode of completion in sub-measure 1.3.1), including: — 13 unemployed (11K/2M), including 9 OS. long-term unemployed (7K/2M) – 90 passive persons incl. CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa i społ. oraz zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia poprzez objęcie do dnia 31.08.2019 r. kompleksowym i indywidualnym wsparciem w postaci: Identyfikacji potrzeb z IPD, poradnictwa zawodowego i pośrednictwa pracy, szkoleń zawodowych i staży 103 os. (81K/22M) poniżej 30 r.ż, bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zamieszkałych na obszarze woj. śląskiego. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: - liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – 42 (33K/9M) - liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które nabyły doświadczenie zawodowe – 72 (55K/17M) - liczba osób, u których wzrósł poziom świadomości na temat posiadanych predyspozycji oraz własnego celu zawodowego - 96 (75K/21M). GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ projektu są 93 osoby (73K/20M) w tym niepełnosprawne, zamieszkujące (w rozumieniu KC) na obszarze WS, w tym ON, w wieku 18-29 lat, bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu – tzw. młodzież NEET, niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy (z wył. gr. określonej dla trybu konk. w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1), w tym: - 13 os. bezrobotnych (11K/2M), w tym 9 OS. długotrwale bezrobotnych (7K/2M) - 90 os. biernych zaw.
