The project is addressed to people aged 18 to 29 who are unemployed (passive and unemployed not registered in the labour office) who are not studying at the stationary mode and are not educated according to the definition of NEET youth living in the Silesian Voivodeship. Participants of the project will receive comprehensive support in the form of MAG welder course, individual counseling, professional guidance and 3 – monthly professional internship. Each participant will be covered by the Individual Action Plan, the welding course completed by the welder qualification exam in the MAG method 135 or related to obtaining qualifications in the given method according to the diagnosed needs and competences of the project participant. The person who completes the course will take a certified examination of the Welding Institute allowing to obtain the Welder Qualification Exam certificate recognised in the European Union. All UP will have a 3-month professional internship in a company recommended by the Beneficiary or designated by the project participant at his request at the workplace using the acquired qualifications in the project. For min.48 % of people after the completion of the project will be guaranteed to work with an employer recommended by the Beneficiary or the organiser of an internship designated by the participant of the project, to which the employer will be obliged to do on the basis of a tripartite agreement on the organisation of a professional traineeship. Recruitment for the project will take place between X-XI2018 and II-III.2019. Projekt skierowany jest do osób w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy (biernych zawodowo i bezrobotnych nie zarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy) nieuczących się w trybie stacjonarnym oraz nie kształcących się zgodnie z definicją młodzieży NEET zamieszkujących woj. śląskie. Uczestnicy projektu otrzymają kompleksowe wsparcie w formie kursu spawacza MAG, doradztwa indywidualnego, poradnictwa zawodowego oraz3 - miesięcznego stażu zawodowego. Każdy uczestnik zostanie objęty Indywidualnym Planem Działania, kursem spawania zakończonym egzaminem kwalifikacyjnym spawacza w metodzie MAG 135 lub pokrewnym kończącym się uzyskaniem kwalifikacji w danej metodzie zgodnie ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i kompetencjami uczestnika projektu. Osoba kończąca kurs przystąpi do certyfikowanego egzaminu Instytutu Spawalnictwa pozwalającego zdobyć Świadectwo Egzaminu Kwalifikacyjnego Spawacza uznawane w krajach Unii Europejskiej. Wszyscy UP odbędą 3-miesięczny staż zawodowy w firmie rekomendowanej przez Beneficjenta lub wskazanej przez uczestnika projektu na jego wniosek na stanowisku pracy wykorzystującym nabyte kwalifikacje w projekcie. Dla min.48% osób po zakończeniu projektu zagwarantowana będzie praca u pracodawcy rekomendowanego przez Beneficjenta lub organizatora stażu wskazanego przez uczestnika projektu do czego zobowiązany będzie pracodawca na podstawie zapisów trójstronnej umowy o organizację stażu zawodowego.Uczestnikom projektu przysługiwać będziestypendium szkoleniowe i stażowe, wyprawka kursowo - stażowa, na którą składają się środki indywidualnej ochrony BHPoraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu na miejsce kursu i stażu. Rekrutacja do projektuodbywać się będzie wokresie X-XI2018r. oraz II - III.2019 r.
