Each UP will be supported in the form of: 1) Identification of the needs of young people who are unemployed and diagnose opportunities for professional improvement., including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market-IPD,2) Comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the selection of professions in accordance with the qualifications and competences of the supported person,3) Training raising qualifications or competences and which will end with a recognised certificate,4) Internships to be acquired or complemented. Grupa docelowa: Osoby młode, w wieku 15-29 lat, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami, które są niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy, są bierne zawodowo, nie figurują w publicznych rejestrach, należą do grupy NEET i zamieszkują na obszarze województwa pomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego w okresie 01.12.2018r.-30.04.2020r.Udział w projekcie weźmie 60 osób(36K,24M) w tym: 57 osoby bierne zawodowo, nieuczestniczące w kształceniu i szkoleniu 3 osoby z następujących grup docelowych: imigranci, reemigranci, osoby odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny, tzw. ubodzy pracujący, osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych oraz pracujący w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych, zgodnie z definicjami zawartymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020,W tym: min.9 osób niepełnosprawnych, min. 9 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, min.36 K.Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost poziomu aktywności zawodowo-edukacyjnej u 60 osób młodych (36K, 24M) w wieku 15-29 lat, w tym również osób z niepełnosprawnościami, które są niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy, są bierne zawodowo, nie figurują w publicznych rejestrach, należą do grupy NEET i zamieszkują na obszarze województwa pomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1. Każdy UP zostanie objęty wsparciem w postaci:1) Identyfikacja potrzeb młodych osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawod.,w tym identyfikacjastopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy-IPD,2) Kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby,3) Szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje lub kompetencje i które zakończą się uzyskaniem uznanego certyfikatu,4) Staże umożliwiające nabywanie lub uzupełnianie doświadczenia zawod.Zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki wskazane w pkt.3.1.1.
