The project’s objective is derived from the tasks attributed to PARP in the PARP Act in relation to the implementation of the OP KED activities, i.e.:adapting education to the needs of the economy by means of involving employers who are employers in a system for the identification and forecasting of professional and occupational needs in the labour market, and creating conditions for the active cooperation of economic operators of different sectors of the economy with universities and the bodies referred to in Article 2 of the Education Act of 14 December 2016(Polish Journal of Laws of 2017, item59 and 949).The completion of the above objective shall be initiated by appointing Members of the Republic of Poland and creating the conditions for its functioning (provision of facilities, personnel of Polish authorities and assisting Poland).Results of the actions of the Republic of Poland will be: 1.To improve the knowledge of professional and professional needs in individual sectors of the economy, including 7 economic sectors for which the needs were identified, with the participation of enterprises2.Identify good practices for business cooperation between business and education entities, including at least 30 awarded business cooperation projects for education 3.Alignment of the legal system with the needs of business competence, including 15 initiated legislative amendments/contributions to the consultation (on average 2 per sector).In the composition of the Republic of Poland, representatives will be represented (max.20 people) including the department of the economy, education, higher education and work, social partners, entrepreneurs and business organisations, formal and non-formal education institutions.The members of the Republic of Poland will be appointed by the Minister responsible for the economy at the request of the President of the PAED, which will enable Poland to place Poland in the institutional order and to strengthen its meaning.     Cel projektu jest pochodną zadań przypisanych PARP w ustawie o PARP w związku z realizacją działań PO WER, tj.: dostosowanie kształcenia do zapotrzebowania gospodarki poprzez:- włączanie przedsiębiorców będących pracodawcami w system identyfikacji i prognozowania potrzeb kwalifikacyjno-zawodowych na rynku pracy oraz- stwarzanie warunków do aktywnej współpracy przedsiębiorców z poszczególnych sektorów gospodarki z uczelniami oraz podmiotami, o których mowa w art. 2 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2016 r. Prawo oświatowe (Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 59 i 949).Realizacja powyższego celu zostanie rozpoczęta poprzez powołanie Członków RP i stworzenie warunków do jej funkcjonowania (zapewnienie zaplecza organiz.-tech., personelu meryt. i wspomagającego RP).Rezultatami działań RP będą:1. Zwiększenie wiedzy o potrzebach kwalifikacyjno-zawodowych w poszczególnych sektorach gospodarki, w tym7 sektorów gospodarki, dla których zidentyfikowano potrzeby kwalifik.-zawod. przy współudziale przedsiębiorców2. Identyfikacja dobrych praktyk w zakresie współpracy przedsiębiorców z jednostkami edukacji w ujęciu branżowym, w tym min. 30 nagrodzonych przedsięwzięć z zakresu współpracy biznesu z edukacją3. Dopasowanie systemu prawa do potrzeb kompetencyjnych przedsiębiorców, w tym 15 wszczętych procesów wprowadzania zmian legislacyjnych/aktów przekazanych do konsultacji (średnio po 2 na sektor).W skład RP wejdą przedstawiciele (maks. 20 osób) m.in. resortu gospodarki, oświaty, szkolnictwa wyższego i pracy, partnerów społ., przedsiębiorców i organizacji przedsiębiorców, instytucji edukacji formalnej i pozaformalnej. Członkowie RP zostaną powołani przez ministra właściwego ds. gospodarki na wniosek Prezesa PARP, co pozwoli umiejscowić RP w porządku instytucjonalnym oraz wzmocnić jej znaczenie. (Polish)
