    Os.młode znajdują się w szczeg.trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy.Szczególną grupę wśród nich stanowi młodzież opuszczająca pieczę zastępczą.Problemyze zdobyciem zatrudnienia charakterystyczne dla młodych ludzi są przez podopiecznych pieczy zastępczej silniej odczuwane z uwagi na deficyty dot.środowiska rodzinnego. Tym samym wzrasta ryzyko wykluczenia społ.Kluczowe jest zatem wyposażenie tej grupy osób w wiedzę i umiejętności pozwalające na zdobycie zatrudnienia. Podjęcie pracy stanowi szansę na zdobyciesamodzielności zaw., ekonomicznej i społ. oraz budowanie poczucia własnej wartości.Wsparcie w ramach niniejszego projektu skierowane zostanie do 1500os.(min.825K) należących do gr.NEET. 100% UP stanowić będą osoby,które opuściły pieczę zastępczą (do 2l.po opuszczeniu instytucji PZ).Głównym założeniem proj.jest przygotowanie indywidualnej ścieżki kariery zaw. dla każdego UP z uwzgl.jego specyf.i jednostkowej sytuacji osobisto-społ.-zaw.Cel gł.proj.to wzrost do VI 2020 r. poziomu aktywności społ.i zaw. min.85% spośród 1500 uczestników proj.(os.w wieku 15-29l.,należące do gr.
