Celem głównym projektu (P) jest wzrost możliwości zatrudnienia 25 osób, 10 kobiet (K) i 15 mężczyzn (M), w wieku 18-29 rż., bez pracy (co najmniej 80% os. bierne zawodowo), nie uczestniczących w szkoleniu i kształceniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), co najmniej 25% os niepełnosprawnych (ON), zamieszkałych na tereniewoj.małopol.okresie 10.2018-12.2019. Cel realizowany będzie przez objęcie uczestnikówprojektu indywidualnym i kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, zakładającym wsparcie dostosowane do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb i lokalnego rynku pracy, obejmującym co najmniej 3 elementy pomocy, w tym obligatoryjnie identyfikacje potrzeb, pośrednictwo pracy lub doradztwo zawodowe.Formy wsparcia:1. diagnoza i opracowanie IPD2. doradztwo zawodowe3. pośrednictwo pracy4.poradnictwopsychologiczne5. trening umiejętności psychospołecznych6. wsparcie trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego7. szkolenia zawodowe8. staże zawodowe9. asystent osobisty osoby niepełnosprawnej10. refundacja kosztów opieki nad osobami zależnymi.Uczestnicy szkoleń i staży będą mieli zagwarantowane stypendia oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu.Wsparcie jest udzielane w projekcie zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Planie realizacjiGdM Polsce, tzn. w ciągu4 mi-cy od dnia przystąpienia doP UP otrzymają dobrej jakości ofertęzatrudnienia, dalszego kształcenia, przyuczenia do zawodu, stażu, innąformępomocy prowadzącądo aktywizacji zawodowej lub podjęcia działalności gospodarczejRezultaty projektu zakładają m.in.:-wzrost umiejętności psychospoł. u min. 75 % UP-wzrost umiejętności zw. aktywnym poszukiwaniem pracy u min. 80% UP-wzrost kwalifikacji zawod. potwierdzonych certyfikatem min.30% UP-wzrost dośw. zawodowego min. 60% ON biorących udział w stażach-min. poz. kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej co najmniej 29 %-min. poz.efektywności zawodowej 27% (Polish)
