Celem projektu jest: jest wzrost zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia i zaktywizowanie 120 młodych osób (66K,54M) biernych zawodowo i należących do kategorii NEET, w wieku 15-29l. będących os., które zakończyły naukę w szkole specjalnej lub opuściły: pieczę zastępczą, młodzież. ośrodki wychow. i młodzież. ośrodki socjoterapii, specj. ośrodki szkolno-wychow. i specj. ośrodki wychow., zakład poprawczy lub schronisko dla nieletnich lub zakłady pracy chronionej (w tym min. 60 os. niepełnosprawnych)- zamieszkujących na obszarze woj. dolnośląskiego, opolskiego lub lubuskiego, w okresie 1.07.2018- 30.04.2020r. za pomocą kompleksowego i zindywid. wsparcia aktywizacyjnego.Grupędocelową projektu stanowi:120 os. (66K,54M) w wieku 15-29 lat,bez pracy,które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET),zamieszkujące na obszarze woj. dolnośląskiego, opolskiego i lubuskiego,z następ. grup docel.:os., które zakończyły naukę w szkole specjalnej (do 2 l. po zakończeniu nauki w szkole specj.)os., które opuściły pieczę zastępczą (do 2 l. po opuszcz. instytucji pieczy)os., które opuściły młodzież. ośrodki wychow. i młodzież. ośrodki socjoterapii (do 2 lat po opuszcz.)os., które opuściły specj. ośrodki szkolno-wychow. i specj. ośrodki wychow.(jw.)os., które opuściły zakład poprawczy lub schronisko dla nieletnich (jw.)os., które opuściły zakłady pracy chronionej (do 2 lat po zakończ. zatrudn. w zakładzie).Ponadto min. 50% uczestn. to os. niepełnosprawne.Proj. obejmuje działania:indywidualne i grupowe poradnictwo zawod. wraz z utworzeniem IPD,indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy,szkolenia zawod. dopasowane do predyspozycji UP oraz potrzeb lokalnego r. pracy,staże zawodowe zgodne z odbytym szkoleniem.Główne rezultaty projektu:min. 29% UP zdobędzie zatrudnienie po zakończeniu proj.
