The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Słupsk County and the city of Słupsk. The project will support people aged 18-29 who are qualified for Prof. I (so-called active unemployed) or prof. II (so-called “requiring support”) who do not participate in education or training (the so-called NEET youth). A total of 563 people (330 K, 233 M) are planned to be supported, including in accordance with the access criteria: 127 long-term unemployed persons (70 K,57 M); 12 NPR (6 K.6 M) and 300 people (170 K, 130 M) with low-skilled people, i.e. people with education at ISCDED 3 level. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by participating, including: which makes 17 % of the people at the most. NPR, 35 % long-term unemployed, 48 % low qualifiers and 43 % not eligible for any of these target groups. As part of the project, for each of the participants, presenting a specific offer of the asset. occupation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will carry out the appropriately selected services and instruments of work referred to in the Act on Employment Ferry and Labour Institution. The project plans the following forms of support: post. work and advice. professional, training and school vouchers., internships, one. wr. na podj. department. gosp. and vouchers for settlement. Support in the project will be provided according to stand. defined. in the Realisation Plan. Youth Guarantees in Poland. The project will comply with relevant Community policies and principles (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. The project will be in accordance with the information on the recruitment of applications for funding under the PO WER for 2016, in accordance with the objectives of PO WER 2014-2020, SZOOP, as well as in accordance with the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, with the PHP Act and the provisions on de minimis aid. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18 -29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie słupskim i mieście Słupsk. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18 - 29 lat zakwalifikowane do prof. pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub prof. II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu lub szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Łącznie planuje się objęcie wsparciem 563 osób (330 K, 233 M), w tym zgodnie z kryt. dostępu : 127 osób długotr. bezrob.( 70 K,57 M); 12 osób NPR (6 K,6 M) oraz 300 osób (170 K, 130 M) o niskich kwalifikacjach tj. os, posiadających wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCDED 3. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudn. przez uczest., w tym : przez co najmiej 17 % os. NPR, 35 % os. długotr. bezrobot., 48 % os. o niskich kwalifik. oraz 43 % os. nie kwalifikująych się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczest. przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktyw. zawod. poprzedzi analiza umiejętnosci, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować bedzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrum. r. pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o prom. zatrudn. i instyt. r. pracy. W projekcie zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia : pośr. pracy i porad. zawodowe, szkolenia i bony szkol., staże, jednoraz. śr. na podj. dział. gosp. oraz bony za zasiedlenie. Wsparcie w proj. będzie udzielane zgodnie z stand. określ. w Planie realiz. Gwarancji dla młodzieży w Polsce. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji oraz koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju ) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z informacją o naborze wniosków o dofinansowanie w ramach PO WER na rok 2016, zgodny z celami PO WER 2014-2020, SZOOP, jak również zgodny z ustawą o prom. zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z ustawą PZP i przepisami dotyczącymi pomocy de minimis.
