As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of activation will precede the analysis of skills, predispositions and problems on the labour market, on this basis the office will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie suwalskim i Mieście Suwałki. Głównym rezultatem będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: - dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniższych grup docelowych - na poziomie 43%; - dla osób niepełnosprawnych - 17%; - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - 35%; - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - 36%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni)lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i Problemów na rynku pracy, na tej podstawie urząd realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
