Participants of the project are persons aged 18-29 years without a job, registered in the PUP as unemployed (I or II aid profile) who do not participate in education and training, as defined by NEET category in POWER – 91 BO (58k/33m). The project is addressed to people with disabilities – 3 (2K, 1M) of people with disabilities. The project is addressed to the long-term unemployed – 21 (18K, 3M) long-term unemployed. The support provided for in the project will include: 1) Creation/modification (IPD) (client advisor). 2) Assistance to: a) job placement (internships) (b) career guidance (determination of predispositions for running a company) 3) Tasks: traineeships – 86 BO, (b) grants – 5 BO. As part of the project, each participant will be consulted or professionally interned and will receive an internship or grant to start a business activity. As a result of the measures taken, we expect to achieve an employment effect: the overall employment efficiency ratio for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, (b) for disabled persons – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 17 %, (c) for the long-term unemployed – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 35 %, (d) for low-skilled persons – an employment efficiency ratio of at least 48 %. PUP w Namysłowie chce podjąć działania których celem jest: Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż.zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne (I i II profil pomocy) które nie uczestniczą w kształceni ulub szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Uczestnikami projektu są osoby w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne (I lub II profil pomocy), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu, zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w POWER - 91 BO (58k/33m). Projekt skierowany jest do osób niepełnosprawnych - 3 (2K, 1M) osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt skierowany jest do osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - 21 (18K, 3M) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych. Wsparcie przewidziane w projekcie obejmie: 1) Tworzenie/modyfikację (IPD) (doradca klienta). 2) Pomoc w zakresie: a) pośrednictwa pracy (staże) b) poradnictwo zawodowe (ustalenia predyspozycji do prowadzenia własnej firmy) 3) Zadania: a) staże - 86 BO, b) dotacje - 5 BO. W ramach projektu każdy uczestnik zostanie objęty poradnictwem lub pośrednictwem zawodowym, a także skorzysta ze stażu lub otrzyma dotację na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. W rezultacie podjętych działań przewidujemy uzyskanie efektu zatrudnieniowego: a) ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudníeniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych - na poziomie co najmniej 43%, b) dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudníeniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17%, c) dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudníeniowej na poziomie co najmniej 35%, d) dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudníeniowej na poziomie co najmniej 48%.
