The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the small district. The project will support young people aged 18 to 29 without a job, registered in the PUP as unemployed (members of the I or II aid profile) who do not participate in education and training (so-called. NEETs), as defined by the NEET category in PO WER for 2014-2020-87 persons (50K,37M). According to the plan, at least 79 people (45K, 34M) will complete the participation. The project assumes the following detailed employment efficiency: — % of disabled project participants who took up employment in the period up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (as defined in the employment efficiency index) – 17 %. — % of long-term unemployed project participants who took up employment in the period up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (as defined in the employment efficiency index) – 35 %. — % of the low-skilled project participants who took up employment in the period up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (as defined in the employment efficiency index) – 36 %. — % of project participants (excluding disabled, long-term unemployed and low-skilled) who took up employment during the period up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (as defined in the employment efficiency ratio) – 43 %. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act and labour market institutions. (English)

Projekt zakłada następującą szczegółową efektywność zatrudnieniową: - % niepełnosprawnych uczestników projektu, którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie do trzech miesięcy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z definicją wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej) - 17%. - % długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestników projektu, którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie do trzech miesięcy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z definicją wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej) - 35%. - % uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach, którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie do trzech miesięcy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z definicją wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej) - 36 %. - % uczestników projektu (z wyłączeniem osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych i o niskich kwalifikacjach), którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie do trzech miesięcy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z definicją wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej) - 43%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
