| Property / summary: The project aims to increase the employability of young people below 30 unemployed in the district of Chorzów.The main output of the project will be the employment of 170 people registered in the PLO Chorzów and the start of the economic activity of 78 people.In the framework of the project, support will be provided to persons below 30 up to the aid profile I (active unemployed) or profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the appropriate labour market services and instruments (job placement, occupational guidance, intervention works, vouchers, traineeships, grants, equipment) referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 rż pozostających bez pracy w powiecie Chorzów. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 170 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Chorzów oraz rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej przez 78 osoby. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 rż zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. aktywni bezrobotni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP Chorzów realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy (pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, prace interwencyjne, bony szkoleniowe, staże, dotacje, doposażenia), o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
