The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the cities of Bielsko-Biała and the county of Bielsko-Biała. The main result of the project will be the employment of 415 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or a support profileII (so-called “required”) support. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (i.e. U. of 2016, item. 645 with late.). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Bielsko-Biała oraz powieciebielskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 415 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocyII (tzw. wymagający wpsarcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (t. j. Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 645 z późn. zm.). (Polish)
