Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie w okresie od 01.01.2016 do 30.09.2018 aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia w grupie 100 mieszkańców powiatów:oławskiego, wrocławskiego, oleśnickiego, miasta Wrocław oraz trzebnickiego województwa dolnośląskiego w wieku 18-24 lat z kategorii NEET. Główne rezultaty projektu w odniesieniu do jego uczestników: opracowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania w obszarze rozwoju zawodowego, nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych zbieżnych z potrzebami lokalnego rynku pracy nabycie kompetencji społeczno-zawodowych niezbednych na rynku parcy, nabycie praktycznego doświadczenia zawodowego, podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 36 uczestników projektu.
