The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 without work, including those with disabilities registered as unemployed at the PUP, including those who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEETs. It’s a tut. The Authority will provide support to former UPs who have previously benefited from support in the form of social activation in projects under CT9. The project will support 179/110K persons registered in the PUP under 30 years. Among the people supported under the 40/25K project will be long-term unemployed, 3/2K disabled, 108/66K will be in NEET and 54/33K categories in the labour market, i.e. people with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or low-skilled people. Individual and complex activation will be carried out as part of the project. Each of the participants will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market (employment, career guidance, traineeships, training, one-off funds for starting a business) referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.The project assumes the implementation of minimum levels of employment efficiency for all target groups.The project complies with the principle of sustainable development. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowanych w PUP jako bezrobotnych, w tym w szczególności tych, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. osób z kategorii NEET. Tut. Urząd zapewni możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym UP, którzy wcześniej skorzystali ze wsparcia w postaci aktywiz. społecz. udzielan. w projektach realiz. w ramach CT9. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 179 osób/110K zarejestrowanych w PUP poniżej 30 r.ż. Wśród osób objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu 40/25K będzie długotrwale bezrobotnych, 3/2K niepełnosprawne, 108/66K będzie należała do kategorii NEET oraz 54/33K będzie znajdowała się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. będą to osoby z niepełnosprawnościami i/lub osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i/lub osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu zrealizowana będzie indywidualna i kompleksowqa aktywizacja. Każdemu z uczestników zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy (pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej), o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Projekt zakłada realizację minimalnych poziomów efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla wszystkich grup docelowych.Projekt jest zgodny z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju.
