Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie puckim.Głównym rezultatemprojektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 278 os. zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami lub znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników zostanie ustalona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, októrych mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be established for each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant.On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
