Celem proj jest zwiększenie możliw.zatrudn.os młodych pon.30r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w pow.kościerskim.Gł.rezultat proj.będzie podjęcie zatrudn przez co najmniej: ? w przyp.uczestn nie kwalifikuj się do żadnej z poniżej wymien.grup docel-43% ? w przyp.os z niepełnospr-17% ? w przyp.os o niskich kwalifik.-48% ? w przyp.os długotrw bezrob-35% W ramach proj.wsparciem objęte zostaną os pon.30r.ż. zakwalifik.do profilu pomocy I(tzw.bezrobotni aktywni)lub II(tzw.wymagający wsparcia).W ramach proj dla każdego z uczestn przedst konkretnej aktywiz.zawod.poprzedzi analiza umiejętn,predyspoz i problemów zawod.danego uczestn.Na tej podst. PUP realizować będzie odpowied dobrane usługi i instrum.rynku pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promo..W proj przewiduj.nast.zad:IPD,poradn.zawod,staż,szkol,dot,prace interw,bony na zasiedl i refund koszt wyp lub dop stan pracy. Efektem szkol będzie uzyskanie kwalifik lub nabycie kompet potwierdzonych odpowiednim dokumentem(np.certyfikatem)w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego....Uzyskanie kwalifik lub kompet będzie każdorazowo weryfikowane poprzez przeprowadz odpowiedn ich sprawdzenia(np.w formie egzaminu).Wszystkie szkol zawod odpowiadać będą bieżącym potrzebom rynku pracy.Szkol prowadzić będą do zdobycia kwalifik lub kompet w zawodach wskazanych jako deficytowe w woj i/lub powiecie,z którego pochodzą uczest(w oparciu o dane wynik z dok.Barometr zawodów najbardziej aktualnego na dzień organizacji szkol).W przypadku szkol,które służyć będą nabywaniu kwalifik lub kompet nieokreślonych jako deficyt w dok.Barometr...,będą one potwierdzoną odpowiedzią na potrzeby konkretnych pracodawców(przed szkol PUP uzyska od pracod potwier zapotrzeb,np.w formie wstępnych dekl zatrud).Dodatkowo,w przypadku szkol,które mają służyć nabywaniu kompet(zarówno określon jako deficyt w dok.Barometr...,jak i będących potwier odp na potrzeby pracod)PUP uzyska akceptację przez pracod programu szkol i zakresu efektów kształ (Polish)
