The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Chojnicka. The presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. Support will be provided to participants in the project in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. 3.2 The proposal will accept job/internship offers which do not prejudice equal treatment under labour law and do not discriminate against candidates on grounds of gender, age, disability, race/ethnic origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation. All unemployed persons, including incomplete individuals, will be able to benefit equally from planned forms of support, meeting the selection criteria. The competitions we announce for employers in terms of job creation for people with incomplete employment will be aimed at breaking down the barriers of psychologist. Recruitment notices will be readable and placed in easily accessible places, support for unemployed people on the ground floor (in an architecturally accessible place for all – there is a driveway, parking spaces for people with less than half.), a website complying with WCAG 2.0 standard, access to sign language interpreter services.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie chojnickim. Przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Analiza ta pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała ona na rzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika projektu. Wsparcie będzie udzielane uczestnikom projektu zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Realizując projekt zgodnie z zasadami wskazanymi w pkt. 3.2 wniosku będziemy przyjmować oferty pracy/stażu, które nie naruszają z. równego traktowania wg przepisów prawa pracy i nie dyskryminują kandydatów ze wzg. na płeć, wiek, niepełnosprawność, rasę/pochodzenie etniczne, wyznawaną religię lub światopogląd, orientację seksualną. Wszystkie os. bezrobotne, w tym os. z niepeł. będą mogły, spełniając kryteria doboru, w równym stopniu korzystać z zaplanowanych form wsparcia. Ogłaszane przez nas dla pracodawców konkursy w zakresie tworzenia miejsc pracy dla os. z niepeł. będą miały na celu przełamywanie barier psycholog. pracodawców zw. z zatrudnianiem os. z niepeł.
