Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starogardzkim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 250 osób biorących udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną os. poniżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Oldgard district. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 250 people participating in the project. The project will support people under the age of 30 registered as unemployed.As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
