cel główny: Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 40(22K/18M) osób niepełnosprawnych w wieku od 15 do 29 r.ż. biernych zawodowo i bezrobotnych, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu zamieszkujących na terenie województwa małopolskiego poprzez podniesienie ich kwalifikacji i kompetencji oraz nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego w okr. od 01.04.2016 do 28.02.2018 Projekt skierowany jest do 40 osób niepełnosprawnych w wieku 15-29 lat biernych zawodowo i bezrobotnych, należących do grupy NEET z terenu województwa małopolskiego. W ramach projektu uczestnicy zostaną objęci kompleksowym wsparciem, które zwiększy ich szansę na zatrudnienie. Wsparcie będzie udzielane zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami uczestników. formy wsparcia: obligatoryjne: diagnoza potrzeb osób młodych, możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, oddalenia od rynku pracy kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy oraz poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania kariery zawodowej w tym podnoszenia i uzupełniania kwalifikacji oraz utworzenie IPD oraz fakultatywnie: targi pracy wsparcie psychologiczne bony szkoleniowe staże/bony stażowe bony zatrudnieniowe wsparcie trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego Realizacja kompleksowego wsparcia, zgodnie z preferencjami i potrzebami zwiększy szansę uczestników na znalezienie zatrudnienia (Polish)
