The main objective of the project is to: Improve the employability and increase the level of employment of 180 young people by 29 (108 K and 72 M) without a job, who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs) residing in the Małopolska Voivodship, in the period 01.01.2016-31.12.2017r. The target group of the project consists of women and men living (as defined by the Civil Code) in the Małopolska Voivodeship aged 15-29 years. They will be inactive persons who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs). In addition, at least 50 % of the participants of the project (min.90 people) will be made up of people living in rural areas located outside the ZIT. Women will make up at least 60 % of participants in the project. Through the implementation of the project, the results will be achieved: — Numbers of inactive persons not participating in education or training who have received a job offer, lifelong learning, apprenticeship or traineeship after leaving the programme: 105/63K/42M – L. inactive persons not participating in education or training, participating in education/training or qualifying or working (including self-employed) after leaving the programme: 141/85K/56M – L. inactive persons not participating in education or training who have completed the intervention supported under the Youth Employment Initiative:173/104K/69M – Employment efficiency of 60 % – L. inactive persons not participating in education or training supported by the programme: 180/108K,72M. Celem głównym projektu jest: Poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz podnoszenia poziomu aktywności zawodowej 180 osób młodych do 29 r.ż.(108 K i 72 M) bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) zamieszkujących na terenie województwa małopolskiego, w okresie 01.01.2016r.-31.12.2017r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią kobiety i mężczyźni zamieszkujące/y (w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego) na terenie Województwa Małopolskiego w wieku 15-29 lat. Będą to osoby bierne zawodowo, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Dodatkowo min. 50% uczestników projektu (min.90 osób) będą stanowiły osoby zamieszkujące obszary wiejskie położone poza ZIT. Kobiety będą stanowiły min. 60% uczestników projektu. Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte rezultaty: - L.osób biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, które otrzymały ofertę pracy, kształcenia ustawicznego, przygotowania zawodowego lub stażu po opuszczeniu programu: 105/63K/42M - L. osób biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, uczestniczących w kształceniu/szkoleniu lub uzyskujących kwalifikacje lub pracujących (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) po opuszczeniu programu: 141/85K/56M - L. osób biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, które ukończyły interwencję wspieraną w ramach Inicjatywy na rzecz zatrudnienia ludzi młodych:173/104K/69M - Efektywność zatrudnieniowa na poziomie 60% - L.osób biernych zawodowo, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, objętych wsparciem w programie: 180/108K,72M. Główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu dotyczą wsparcia indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej osób młodych poprzez: - Poradnictwo indywidualne - Poradnictwo grupowe - Wsparcie psychologiczne - Wysokiej jakości szkolenia zawodowe zakończone egzaminem. - Staże dla 80% uczestników. - Pośrednictwo pracy.
