The project will increase the activity of 60 young people aged 18-29 (including 33 K) i.e. NEET’s youth from Małopolskie Voivodship. They will increase their motivation and qualifications in jobs sought on the local and regional labour market in accordance with their predispositions. In addition, they will acquire new competences and qualifications and work experience, which will increase their access to employment together with work. The comprehensiveness of the activities will increase their professional activity, which will contribute to the specific objective of the WER, i.e. to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29 from the so-called NEET’s group. Projekt pozwoli na podniesienie aktywności zawodowej 60 młodych osób w wieku 18-29 lat (w tym 33 K) tzn. młodzież NEET's z województwa małopolskiego. Podniosą oni swoją motywację oraz kwalifikacje w zawodach poszukiwanych na lokalnym i regionalnym rynku pracy zgodnie z ich predyspozycjami. Ponadto zdobędą nowe kompetencje i kwalifikacje oraz doświadczenie zawodowe, co wraz z pośrednictwem pracy zwiększy ich dostęp do zatrudnienia. Kompleksowość działań pozwoli na zwiększenie ich aktywności zawodowej co przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego PO WER tj. zwiększenia możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia z tzw. grupy NEET's. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie - w okresie od I 2016 do końca XII 2016 - aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia 60 osób niepełnosprawnych biernych zawodowo (80% uczestników projektu) i bezrobotnych (20% uczestników pojektu, w tym 5% bezrobotne długotrwale) (33 kobiety i 27 mężczyzn), w tym 50% osób niepełnosprawnych słuchowo, które nie mają zatrudnienia ani nie uczestniczą w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, w wieku 18 - 29 lata, zamieszkujących wg KC teren województwa małopolskiego, poprzez kompleksową ścieżkę działań obejmującą: ? indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe, ? szkolenia z kompetencji zawodowych, ? staże, ? pośrednictwo pracy.
