The implementation of the “MOPS CHANGE” project will consist of introducing changes in the organizational structure of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre aimed at separating social work from the provision of services. In the current organizational structure, all social workers conduct environmental interviews in procedures for benefits. The project will strengthen the capacity of the institution and the quality of the work done. It is necessary to introduce changes in the Centre to organise work organisation and introduce new labour standards. A new organizational system, in accordance with Article 110a of the Social Assistance Act, will be implemented. Model solutions will be used to separate the administrative procedure for granting social assistance benefits, based on “Rules for implementing organizational improvements in social assistance units”. Within the framework of the modification of the MOPS structure, at least 3 teams will be separated: The first contact team, the Social Labour and Services Group and the Decision benefit team.     Realizacja projektu "MOPS CHANGE" polegać będzie na wprowadzeniu zmian w strukturze organizacyjnej Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej mających na celu oddzielenie pracy socjalnej od świadczenia usług. W obecnie funkcjonującej strukturze organizacyjnej wszyscy pracownicy socjalni przeprowadzają wywiady środowiskowe w postępowaniach o świadczenia. W ramach realizacji projektu wzmocniony zostanie potencjał instytucji oraz jakość wykonywanej pracy. Niezbędne jest wprowadzenie w Ośrodku zmian prowadzących do uporządkowania organizacji pracy i wprowadzenia nowych standardów pracy. Wdrożony zostanie nowy system organizacyjny, zgodny z art. 110a ustawy o pomocy społecznej, wykorzystane zostaną rozwiązania modelowe oddzielenia procedury administracyjnej przyznawania świadczeń pomocy społecznej od pracy socjalnej, w oparciu o "Zasady wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej". W ramach zmiany struktury MOPS wyodrębnione zostaną co najmniej 3 Zespoły: Zespół ds. pierwszego kontaktu, Zespół ds. pracy socjalnej i usług oraz Zespół ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją. (Polish)
