The aim of the project is to deepen knowledge and to acquire/improve practical skills in the correct use of the Public Procurement Law by representatives of at least 258 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (entrepreneurs and their employees) located in the Lesser Poland, Podkarpackie and Świętokrzyskie voivodeships, who are interested in applying for public contracts on the Polish public procurement market within 24 months. The project will be attended by 572 representatives of 286 micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs from the Malopolska, Podkarpackie and Świętokrzyskie voivodships.The support will be carried out in the following tasks:Task 1. Training activities in the field of public procurement applications for entrepreneurs in the IMSP sector (and their employees) and training activities in the field of preparation of entrepreneurs of the IMSP sector for the use of e-procurement instruments. Advisory activities addressed to entrepreneurs from the IMSP sector (and their employees) in the scope of public procurement.Task 3. Celem projektu jest jest pogłębienie wiedzy oraz nabycie/doskonalenie umiejętności praktycznych w zakresie poprawnego korzystania z przepisów ustawy Prawo Zamówień Publicznych przez przedstawicieli minimum 258 mikro,małych oraz średnich przedsiębiorstw (przedsiębiorców i ich pracowników) posiadających siedzibę na terenie województwa małopolskiego, podkarpackiego i świętokrzyskiego, którzy są zainteresowani ubieganiem się o zamówienia publiczne na polskim rynku zamówień publicznych w ciągu 24 miesięcy. W projekcie weźmie udział 572 przedstawicieli 286 mikro,małych i średnich przedsiębiorców z woj. małopolskiego,podkarpackiego i świętokrzyskiego.Wsparcie realizowane będzie w poniższych zadaniach:Zadanie 1. Działania szkoleniowe z zakresu ubiegania się o zamówienia publiczne dla przedsiębiorców sektora MMSP (i ich pracowników) oraz działania szkoleniowe z zakresu przygotowania przedsiębiorców sektora MMSP do wykorzystywania instrumentów e-zamówień.Zadanie 2. Działania doradcze skierowane do przedsięborców z sektora MMSP (i ich pracowników) z zakresu ubiegania się o zamówienia publiczne.Zadanie 3. Monitorowanie udziału przedsiębiorców objętych projektem w rynku zamówień publicznych w Polsce.W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte główne rezultaty:Wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, których przedstawiciele nabyli wiedzę w zakresie zamówień publicznych- 258 szt. Liczba przedstawicieli mikroprzedsiębiorstw, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw z województwa małopolskiego, świętokrzyskiego i podkarpackiego, którzy pogłębili wiedzę oraz nabyli umiejętności praktyczne z zakresu zamówień publicznych-515 osóbWskaźniki produktu:Liczba mikroprzedsiębiorstw oraz małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw,których pracownicy zostali objęci wsparciem w zakresie zamówień publicznych-286 szt.
