The project concerns the support of 38 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, all from the Łódź Voivodship in the scope of developing needs, plans and development strategies for them with the support of employers’ organisations. The project foresees the following actions: —development of an analysis of the development needs of the IMSP (including disadvantaged workers on the labour market, including workers aged 45±, if applicable), who do not have a development plan or strategy, including the preparation of proposals for development plans specifying the scope of actions necessary to meet identified development needs, including allowing effective use of the entity’s funding schemes in the regions; — monitoring and advising on the implementation of MMSP development plans during the duration of the project; —develop an analysis of the actual availability of services in a region or industry for the IMSP and, where applicable, take intervention; — dissemination among stakeholders of knowledge of diagnosed needs or barriers that go beyond the direct scope of support in RURs and undertaking the implementation or intervention necessary to meet them (mainstreaming needs). The analyses will be developed for 100 % of the target group through interviews and documentation analysis. Entrepreneurs will receive advisory support for the implementation of prepared development plans (including identification of the parameters of development services and potential suppliers). The analysis will include aggregation of the educational and development needs of enterprises and an analysis of the availability of services within and outside RUR, knowledge of diagnosed needs will be disseminated. Projekt dotyczy objęcia wsparciem 38 mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, wszystkie z woj. łódzkiego w zakresie opracowania dla nich analizy potrzeb, planów i strategii rozwojowych przy wsparciu organizacji pracodawców. W projekcie przewidziano następujące działania: -opracowanie analizy potrzeb rozwojowych MMSP (z uwzględnieniem pracowników w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, w tym pracowników w wieku 45+ - o ile dotyczy), którzy nie posiadają planu lub strategii rozwoju, w tym przygotowanie propozycji planów rozwojowych określających zakres działań niezbędnych do zaspokojenia zidentyfikowanych potrzeb rozwojowych, w tym pozwalających na efektywne wykorzystanie podmiotowych systemów finansowania w regionach; -monitoring i doradztwo w zakresie wdrożenia planów rozwojowych MMSP w okresie trwania projektu; -opracowanie analizy faktycznej dostępności usług w regionie lub branży dla MMSP i - o ile dotyczy - podejmowanie działań interwencyjnych; -upowszechnianie wśród interesariuszy wiedzy o zdiagnozowanych potrzebach lub barierach rozwojowych, które wykraczają poza bezpośredni zakres wsparcia w RUR i podejmowanie działań wdrożeniowych lub interwencji koniecznych do ich zaspokojenia (mainstreaming potrzeb rozwojowych). Analizy zostaną opracowane dla 100 % grupy docelowej drogą wywiadów i analizy dokumentacji. Przedsiębiorcy otrzymają wsparcie doradcze dla wdrażania przygotowanych planów rozwojowych (w tym identyfikacja min. parametrów usług rozwojowych i potencjalnych ich dostawców). Na podst. analiz zostanie dokonana agregacja potrzeb edukacyjnych i rozwojowych przedsiębiorstw oraz analiza dostępności usług w RUR i poza nim, wiedza o zdiagnozowanych potrzebach zostanie upowszechniona. Dzięki realizacji projektu będzie możliwe bardziej efektywne wykorzystanie podmiotowych systemów finansowania w regionach. (Polish)
