The main objective of the project is to obtain employment or continue learning by 21 % of the 400 students/years (200K/200M) of the University of Economics and Innovation in the field of starting work on the labour market, by including in the education process and extending the scope and quality of WSEI career office by 30.06.2020. 1. Development of 1 tools for diagnosing competences 2. Consultancy (professional advice, which will result in the development of an Individual Action Plan and Needs Identification and Career Coaching). 3. Guidance on setting up a business 4. Comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of work in accordance with the course of study of the person concerned and support after taking up employment in the form of 3 months of mentoring in the workplace. Participation in the project will contribute to acquiring additional skills among participants, which will decide that they will become well prepared to enter the labour market and meet the high expectations of employers.     Celem głównym projektu jest uzyskanie zatrudnienia lub kontynuowanie nauki przez 21% z 400 studentów/ek (200K/200M) Wyższej Szkoły Ekonomii i Innowacji w zakresie rozpoczynania aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy, poprzez włączenie w proces kształcenia oraz poszerzenie zakresu i jakości usług biura karier WSEI do 30.06.2020 r. Mechanizm wsparcia: 1. Rozwój 1 narzędzia diagnozowania kompetencji 2. Doradztwo (poradnictwo zawodowe, którego wynikiem będzie opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania i identyfikacja potrzeb oraz coaching kariery). 3. Poradnictwo w zakresie zakładania działalności gospodarczej 4. Kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie zawodu zgodnego z kierunkiem studiów danej osoby oraz wsparcie po podjęciu zatrudnienia w postaci 3 miesięcznego mentoringu w miejscu pracy. Udział w projekcie przyczyni się do nabycia wśród uczestników dodatkowych umiejętności co zdecyduje, iż staną się oni dobrze przygotowani do wkroczenia na rynek pracy i sprostają wysokim oczekiwaniom pracodawców.
