Main objective of the project: to improve the quality of the services provided by the ABK to students, by putting in place a long-term and comprehensive strategy for its development in order to prepare an advisory offer tailored to the individual needs of the students in all the courses of study. Audience: UMF — through the introduction of ABK’s long-term strategy and complex: Currently working in ABK, as well as a newly recruited counsellor, with the qualification of an entrepreneurial adviser. UMB Project Results: 1) Percentage of graduates of ESF supported universities who have continued their education or have started to work within 6 m — CY since the end of education — 71 % 2) Number of ABK employees who have acquired or increased their competences — 2K Tasks performed in the project: 1) Training for staff employed by the Student Agency UMB 2) The ABK offer for: IPZ, IPG, workshop for entrepreneurship, coaching and monitoring of graduate careers 3) Mentoring at the workplace (English)
