Increase labour market participation in the labour market 630 (315K/315M) of OSW students over a period of 3 years (from 1.03.2017 to 29.02.2020) by providing them with professional services of the OSW Career Office and reducing the maximum period of employment or further training after completion of studies to 60 % of the supported persons. The project is addressed to students of the third year of first-degree studies and second year of studies in the second degree of OSW. The project includes comprehensive personalised support of 630 students of the OSW. It will concern the direct support of students to become active in the labour market by broadening the scope and quality of the services provided by the Career Office to students in this field. Envisaged types of support in the project: carrying out 630 professional guidance and business advice services in the form of individual and group advice The potential of the Career Office will be increased by increasing staff resources, people employed in the Career Office will improve their qualifications in specialised courses, modern tools for diagnosing competences will be purchased. As a result of the activities carried out, at least 60 % of the participants in the project will take up employment, establish an economic activity or start further training in the shortest possible period from the date of graduation. Monitoring the fate of graduates will be the basis for increasing cooperation with employers and establishing lasting contacts between the labour market, the economy and the university, this will have a positive impact on the development of education courses.     Zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy 630 ( 315K/315M) studentów OSW w okresie 3 lat ( od 1.03.2017 do 29.02.2020) poprzez objęcie ich profesjonalnymi usługami Biura Karier OSW oraz skrócenie maksymalnie okresu podjęcia zatrudnienia lub dalszego kształcenia po zakończeniu studiów do 6 m-cy u 60 % osób objętych wsparciem. Projekt adresowany jest do studentów III roku studiów I stopnia i II roku studiów II stopnia OSW. Projekt zakłada objęcie kompleksowym zindywidualizowanym wsparciem 630 studentów OSW . Dotyczyć będzie bezpośredniego wsparcia studentów w rozpoczęciu aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy poprzez poszerzenie zakresu i jakości usług świadczonych przez Biuro Karier na rzecz studentów w tym zakresie. Zakładane rodzaje wsparcia w projekcie: przeprowadzenie 630 usług poradnictwa zawodowego i doradztwa ds. przedsiębiorczości w postaci porad indywidualnych i grupowych  Zwiększony zostanie potencjał Biura Karier poprzez zwiększenie zasobów kadrowych, osoby zatrudnione w Biurze karier podniosą swoje kwalifikacje w ramach kursów specjalistycznych, zakupione zostaną nowoczesne narzędzia diagnozowania kompetencji. W wyniku prowadzonych działań minimum 60 % uczestników projektu, dzięki wsparciu w projekcie, podejmie zatrudnienie, założy działalność gospodarczą lub rozpocznie dalsze kształcenie w mozliwie najkrótszym okresie od daty zakończenia studiów. Monitoring losów absolwentów będzie podstawą do zwiększenia współpracy z pracodawcami i nawiązania trwałych kontaktów pomiędzy sfera rynku pracy, gospodarki a uczelnią, w pozytywny sposób wpłynie to na kształtowanie kierunków kształcenia.
