The project “Academic Career Office as a guide on the career paths of ST and ABS Higher Banking School in Poznań” will be carried out within the framework of PO WER, Measure 3.1, by the University Banking School in Poznań, at faculties in Poznań, Chorzów and Szczecno The project period: 01.10.2016-30.09.2019 (36 m-cy). Projekt "Akademickie Biuro Karier przewodnikiem po ścieżkach karier zawodowych ST i ABS Wyższej Szkoły Bankowej w Poznaniu." będzie realizowany w ramach PO WER, Działanie 3.1, przez Wyższą Szkołę Bankową w Poznaniu, na wydziałach w Poznaniu, Chorzowie i Szczecnie Okres projektu: 01.10.2016 - 30.09.2019 (36 m-cy). Cel główny projektu: Wzrost poziomu kompetencji niezbędnych do podjęcia aktywności zawodowej u 600 Studentów/ek (348 K i 252 M) Wyższej Szkoły Bankowej w Poznaniu na wydzialach w Poznaniu, Chorzowie i Szczecinie, zgodnie z obranym przez ST kierunkiem studiów, potrzebami gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, poprzez objęcie Studentów/ki wsparciem przez wydziałowe biura karier, których obecny zakres działań zostanie rozszerzony, a jakość podniesiona, w terminie do 30.09.2019 oraz wykorzystanie doświadczeń Wydz.BK do podniesienia jakości praktycznych elementów kształcenia w WSB Grupa docelowa projektu:600 ST WSB (348 K i 252 M), w wieku 19-26 lat, pełnosprawnych lub niepełnosprawnych , z wykształceniem średnim lub wyższym, którzy/re: studiują w Wyższej Szkole Bankowej w Ponaniu wydziale w Poznaniu, Chorzowie lub Szczeciniena studiach I lub II stopn.w trybie stacjonarnym lub niestacjonarnymnie pracują lub pracują niezgodnie z kierunkiem studiówTakże: ABS, którzy/re rozpoczęli/ły udział w Proj.w trakcie kształcenia i ukończyli/ły je w czasie Proj.Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu Cel proj.zostanie osiagnięty dzięki realizacji 4 zadań:Nabycie i wdrożenie narządzia do badania kompetencji (...)
