OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase the employability of young people by 29, including those with disabilities, without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs) from Podlaskie voivodship. A person in the NEET category shall be regarded as a person who fulfils three cumulative conditions: 1. does not work, i.e. is unemployed or inactive professionally, 2. does not train, i.e. does not participate in formal education on a fixed basis, 3. is not trained, i.e. does not participate in non-scheduled activities aimed at obtaining, supplementing or graduating professional or general skills and qualifications needed to perform work. TARGET GROUP: Young people up to 29 without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs). MAIN TASKS: Participants of the project will be covered by a wide range of forms of support created following the product developed in the project OP KL 7.4 PWP IS active: group and individual vocational guidance, vocational training, 3 months internships, job mediation. Additional support resulting from the needs of the target group will be ABC workshops. THE MAIN RESULTS ARE: The main results to be achieved through the implementation of the project are gaining at least 32UP qualifications after leaving the program, increasing the competences needed to effectively move on the labour market in 35 UP, increase motivation, knowledge and skills necessary for effective movement on the labour market in 35UP, acquisition of work experience by 25UP, increased motivation, knowledge and skills in setting up a department. gosp., increase the employment efficiency of UP after leaving the 1UP programme.     CEL PROJEKTU: Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r. ż. w tym niepełnosprawne, bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) z województwa podlaskiego. Za osobę z kategorii NEET uznaje się osobę, która spełnia łącznie trzy warunki: 1. nie pracuje, tj. jest bezrobotna lub bierna zawodowo, 2. niekształci się, tj. nie uczestniczy w kształceniu formalnym w trybie stacjonarnym, 3. nie szkoli się, tj. nie uczestniczy w pozaskzolnych zajęciach mających na celu uzyskanie, uzupełnienie lub dosknalenie umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych lub ogólnych, potrzebnych do wykonywania pracy. GRUPA DOCELOWA: Osoby młode do 29 r. ż. bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). GŁÓWNE ZADANIA: Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci szerokim wachlarzem form wsparcia stworzonym na wzór produktu wypracowanego w projekcie PO KL 7.4 PWP JESTEŚMY AKTYWNI ZAWODOWO: grupowe i indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia zawodowe, 3-miesięczne staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy. Dodatkowym wsparciem wynikającym z potrzeb grupy docelowej będą warsztaty ABC PRZEDSIĘBIORCZOŚCI. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu to uzyskanie przez min. 32UP kwalifikacji po opuszczeniu programu, wzrost kompetencji społ. potrzebnych do efektywnego poruszania się na rynku pracy u 35 UP, wzrost motywacji, wiedzy i umiejętności niezbędnych do skutecznego poruszania się po rynku pracy u 35UP, nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez 25UP, wzrost motywacji, wiedzy i umiejętności z zakresu zakładania dział. gosp., wzrost efektywności zatrudnieniowej UP po opuszczeniu programu 1UP.
