Celem projektu jest rozwój kompetencji kluczowych odpowiadających potrzebom rynku pracy, gospodarki i społeczeństwa u 90 dzieci (50 K i 40M) w wieku 7-16 lat.oraz 30 rodziców (17K i 13M) poprzez utworzenie programów kształcenia i ich realizację przy współpracy z podmiotem działającym na rzecz edukacji.Wnioskodawca w ramach oferty edukacyjnej zorganizuje zajęcia dla 30 rodziców służące rozwojowi kompetencji wychowawczych oraz społecznych. Min 2% UPbędą stanowić osoby niepełnosprawne (3 os).Działania realizowane w ramach projektu umożliwiją rozwój co najmniej 3 kompetencji i umiejętności uniwersalnych tzw. transversal skills niezbędnych na rynku pracy tj. umiejętności matematyczno-przyrodnicze, przedsiębiorczość, kreatywność, umiejętność pracy zespołowej w kontekście środowiska pracy, ICT, innowacyjności.
