The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities in the labour market of a group of 34 inhabitants of the Elbl±sk subregion (as follows: Braniewski, Działdowski, Elbląg and the city of Elbląg, Iławski, Ostródzki, New Town) aged 15-29 years, who are unemployed, neither learn nor participate in lifelong learning (NEET youth). Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 34 mieszkańców subregionu elbląskiego (powiaty: braniewski, działdowski, elbląski i miasto Elbląg, iławski, ostródzki, nowomiejski) w wieku 15-29 lat, pozostających bez pracy, nie uczących się ani nie biorących udział w kształceniu ustawicznym (młodzież NEET). W grupie docelowej znajdą się wyłącznie osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w PUP. Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami.Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe i uzyskać uprawnienia pożądane przez pracodawców, kończąc na stażach, pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu).Realizacja projektu zakończy się wlutym 2020 roku.
