Celem projektu jest zwiekszenie zatrudnienia i aktywizacji zawodowo - edukacyjnej 50 osób (20K,30M) biernych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy w wieku 15-29 lat, z terenu powiatów: m. Suwałki, suwalskiego, augustowskiego, sejneńskiego, grajewskiego, monieckiego.które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzież NTEET, zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET. Grupę docelową projektu w co najmniej 65% ogółu grupy docelowej stanowić muszą osoby bierne zawodowo, natomiast w co najmniej 25% ogółu grupy docelowej stanowić muszą osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w powiatowych urzędach pracy ( w tym osoby długotrwale bezrobotne).Wsparcie oferowane w ramach projektu: - doradztwo zawodowe (IPD) -100% BO- pośrednictwo pracy - 100% BO- staże zawodowe - 80% BO- kwalifikacyjny kurs zawodowy na kierowcę ciągnika siodłowego- 40% BO - szkolenie z zakresu podnoszenia kompetencji z jęz. angielskiego (na poziomie TELC A1) - 24% BOW wyniku ww. działań zostanie osiągnięty wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnienieniowej ( 17% w przypadku osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 48% w odniesieniu do osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami, 35% w przypadku osób długotrwale bezrobotnych).
