ISCED 3 włącznie), biernych zawodowo i nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzież NEET,zamieszkujących w woj. podkarpackim w rozumieniu KC poprzez udział w poradnictwie zawodowym indywidualnym i grupowym, kursach i szkoleniach zawodowych, stażach oraz w pośrednictwie pracy.Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu:- 42% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy uzyska zatrudnienie lub rozpocznie działalność na własny rachunek po opuszczeniu programu,Grupa docelowa jest zgodna z SZOOP.Główne zadania: indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe, warsztaty grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia zawodowe wg potrzeb, staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy.Stowarzyszenie CRAS oświadcza, że projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
