CEL GŁÓWNY PROJ.: Podniesienie - w okresie od 01.2019 do końca 03.2020 - aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia 54os. młodych (30K;24M), w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami -3os. (2K;1M), w wieku 18-29 lat, pozostających bez pracy (wyłącznie os. biernych zawod.), w tym w szczególności os., które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. os. z kategorii NEET), z woj.podkarpackiego, poprzez kompleksową ścieżkę działań aktywizujących obejmującą w zależności od potrzeb: identyfikację i diagnozę potrzeb wraz z utworzeniem IPD, grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia zawodowe do stosowane do predyspozycji uczestnika i potrzeb rynku pracy, staże zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy i dodatek relokacyjny.GRUPA DOCELOWA: 54os. młode (30K;24M), w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami -3os.
