Main objective of the project: Increase the employability of 70 young people, including 63 people with disabilities (MON) (by 29) without labour in the voivodship by providing personalised and comprehensive support in the open labour market. The project is addressed to 70 UP (aged 15-29 years) from the voivodship, who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs), including in particular persons not registered in employment offices, excluding the group defined for the competition mode in sub-measure 1.3.1. 90 % of UP are disabled people, 10 % UP, are long-term unemployed. The implementation of the 70 UP project will provide comprehensive support in entering the labour market. Up will be able to benefit from individual, tailor-made support including: diagnosis of possibilities and determination of potential including, vocational advice, vocational courses, training raising social competences, internships, job intermediation, relocation allowance, personal assistant services. Thanks to the possibility of constant contact with the coach, support will be provided on an ongoing basis. Special support will be given to participants from the Siedleko-Ostrołęcki and Warsaw districts, for whom support is planned on the spot, in their place of residence.Professional courses and/or traineeships will concern the strategic sectors indicated in the Development Strategy of the voivodship. support for forklifts, fiscal cash register, loader-excavators, invoicer, plumber, welding, adm-office, archving, staff and wages. Cel główny projektu: Zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 70 osób młodych, w tym 63 osób niepełnosprawnych (MON) (do 29 r.ż.) bez pracy z woj. maz. poprzez udzielenie zindywidualizowanego i kompleksowego wsparcia na otwartym rynku pracy. Projekt skierowany jest do 70 UP (w wieku 15-29 lat) z woj.maz., które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), w tym w szczególności osoby niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy, z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1. 90% UP,to osoby niepełnosprawne,10% UP, to osoby długotrwale bezrobotne. Dzięki realizacji projektu 70 UP objętych zostanie kompleksowym wsparciem w wejściu na rynek pracy. UP będą mieli możliwość skorzystania z indywidualnego, „dopasowanego na miarę” wsparcia obejmującego: diagnozę możliwości i określenie potencjału zaw.,doradztwo zawodowe, kursy zawodowe, szkolenia podnoszące kompetencje społeczne, staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, dodatek relokacyjny, usługi asystenta osobistego. Dzięki możliwości stałego kontaktu z coachem, wsparcie udzielane będzie na bieżąco. Szczególnym wsparciem objęci zostaną uczestnicy z okręgu siedlecko-ostrołęckiego i warszawskiego, dla których planowane jest wsparcie na miejscu, w ich miejscach zamieszkania.Kursy zawodowe i/lub staże będą dotyczyły branż strategicznych, wskazanych w Strategii rozwoju woj.maz.Kursy zawodowe, m.in.: obsługa wózków widłowych, kasy fiskalnej, ładowarko-koparki, fakturzysta, hydraulik, spawanie, adm-biurowy, archwizacja, kadry i płace.
