Głównym celem proj.jest wyższa atrakcyjność zawodowa na rynku pracy wśród max.50 os.(5K/45M), w wieku 15-29 lat,bez pracy, nie uczestniczących w szkoleniu i kształceniu-tzw.młodzież NEET,z terenu powiatu radomskiego i m.Radom w woj.mazowieckim. Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte przez realizację proj.: 1.Podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min.43%uczestników proj.(min.22 os.) 2.Uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez min.70% uczestników proj.(min.35os.) 3.Objęcie wsparciem 50 os.,z czego 41 os.stanowią os.bierne zawodowo,nieuczestniczące w kształceniu lub szkoleniu,a 9 os.bezrobotne(w tym długotrwale) 4.Objęcie wsparciem min.7%UP- os.długotrwale bezrobotnych(min.4 os.) 5.Objęcie wsparciem min.5%UP- os.o niskich kwalifikacjach(min.3os.) Zadania przewidziane w proj.: 1.Indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe wraz z IPD w pierwszym miesiącu proj.; 2.Wsparcie psychologiczne z elementami rozwoju umiejętności społeczych przez cały okres trwania proj.; 3.Szkolenia zawodowe zakończone egzaminem zewnętrznym i możliwością uzyskania certyfikatu; 4.3-miesięczne staże zawodowe; 5.Pośrednictwo pracy w ostatnim miesiącu trwania stażu oraz miesiąc po jego zakończeniu. The main results to be achieved by implementing the project: 1.Adoption of employment by at least 43 % of participants in the project(min.22 people) 2.Acquirement of professional qualifications by at least 70 % of participants in the project(min.35 people) 3. 1.Individual professional advice with IPD in the first month of the project; 2. Psychological support with elements of social skills development throughout the duration of the project; 3. Vocational training completed by an external examination and the possibility of obtaining a certificate; 4.3-month professional internships; 5.Work brokerage in the last month of the internship and one month after its completion.
