The main objective of the project is to: Improving the employability and increasing the level of employment of 100 young people aged 15-29(60K, 40M) without a job who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEET youth) residing in the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship in the period 01.10.2019 31.12.2020.The participants of the project are 100 young people without a job (60K,40M), including those with disabilities, in the age of 15 29 years. Celem głównym projektu jest: Poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej 100 osób młodych w wieku 15-29 lat(60K, 40M) bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw.młodzież NEET) zamieszkujących na terenie woj. kujawsko - pomorskiego w okresie01.10.2019r.-31.12.2020r.Uczestnikami projektu jest 100 osób młodych bez pracy (60K,40M), w tym z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku 15 29 lat, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu iszkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), są bierne zawodowo, z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1. Projekt skierowany jest wyłącznie do osób zamieszkujących województwa kujawsko - pomorskiego (w rozumieniu KC).Grupę docelową będzie stanowić:-100 os.biernych zawodowo (60K,40M);-5 os.z niepełnosprawnościami (3K,2M);-60 kobiet-50% osoby o niskich kwalifikacjachGłówne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu:- Identyfikacja potrzeb osób młodych (IPD) dla 100% UP;- GRupowe poradnictwo zawodowe dla max. 100% UP;- Wysokiej jakości szkolenia dla 100% UP;- Staże dla 50% uczestników, którzy ukończyli szkolenia zawodowe;- Pośrednictwo pracy dla wszystkich uczestników.Rezultaty:- Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: 60 (36K, 24M);- Osiągniecie poziomu wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla: dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby zniepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3)) do osiągnięcia w projekcie wynosi 42%; dlapozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup: 57%.
