NEET) and the so-called ‘working poor’, people employed in short-term or civil contracts, employed or resident in Mazowieckie Province (Warsaw, Warsaw sub-region and west) for the period 03.2019-08.2020.The objective will be to extend project participants (UP) to individual and comprehensive activation programmes for education and education: (1) Development of Individual Action Plan — diagnosis and development of IPD2) Individual support: diagnosis and development of IPD) Individual specialist support: -consultancy work placement counselling — individual and group work coaching 3) vocational training (4) professional placement (5) job placements for persons with disabilities and accompanying support — disability interpreter — people with a disability — increase of psychosocial skills with a minimum of 70 % of the Up- increase in skills related to active job search for a minimum of 50 % Up- increase in professional experience with a minimum of 27 % Up- increase in professional experience with a minimum of 60 % Up- increase of professional experience with a minimum of of the Up- increase of professional experience — achievement of the employment performance indicator for ON at a minimum of 39 %. — Achieve an employment performance indicator for ON at a minimum of 65 %.     Celem głównym projektu /P jest wzrost zatrudnienia 80 osób niepełnosprawnych /ON, 36 kobiet /K i 44 mężczyzn /M, w wieku 18-29 rż., bez pracy (osoby bierne zawodowo lub osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w urzędzie pracy), nie uczestniczących w szkoleniu i kształceniu (zg. z def. NEET), oraz tzw. ubogich pracujących, osób zatrudnionych na umowach krótkoterminowych lub cywilnoprawnych, zatrudnionych lub zamieszkałych na terenie woj. mazowieckiego (Warszawa, subregion warszawski wschodni i zachodni) w okresie 03.2019-08.2020. Cel realizowany będzie przez objęcie uczestników projektu (UP) indywidualnym i kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej:1) Opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania - diagnoza i opracowanie IPD2)Zindywidualizowane wsparcie specjalistyczne:-doradztwo zawodowe-pośrednictwo pracy- wsparcie indywidualne i grupowe trenera pracy3) szkolenia zawodowe 4) staże zawodowe5) instrumenty rynku pracy skierowane do osób niepełnosprawnych i wsparcie towarzyszące - tłumacz języka migowego- asystent osobisty osoby niepełnosprawnej- refundacja kosztów opieki nad osobami zależnymi.Uczestnicy szkoleń i staży będą mieli zagwarantowane stypendia oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu.Rezultaty projektu zakładają m.in.:- wzrost umiejętności psychospołecznych u minimum 65% UP- wzrost umiejętności związanych z aktywnym poszukiwaniem pracy u minimum 70% UP- wzrost kwalifikacji potwierdzonych certyfikatem u minimum 50%UP- wzrost doświadczenia zawodowego u minimum 60% UP biorących udział w stażach- osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla ON na poziomie min. 39%- osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zawodowej na poziomie min. 27%.
