Celem gł. projektu zaplanowanym do 31.05.2021r. jest aktywizacja zawodowo-edukacyjna min. 44 z 55 młodych osób (tj. 15 do 29 r.ż.), biernych zawodowo mieszkańców gmin objętych projektem (dalej GOP, wskazanych w cz. 1.8) woj.małopolskiego, w tym w szczególności ON oraz osoby z kategorii NEET, przez kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane wzmocnienie ich kompetencji zawod. i społecznych, umożliwienie zdobycia kwalifikacji przez min. 70% UP i/lub dośw. zawod. przez min. 80%UP biorących udział w stażach, wspieranie postaw przedsiębiorczych u min 14UP prowadzących do utworzenia min 10 nowych trwałych miejsc pracy (tj. min. 10 mikroprzedsiębiorstw działających przez min. 12 miesięcy), w ramach programu aktywizacji w oparciu o model mentoringu (PI-PWP Mentoring), przekładające się na osiągnięcie zakładanego poziomu wskaźników efektywności zawodowej.UP zrealizują program wynikający z opr.dla i przy ich udziale IPD, tj. program obejmujący: szkolenia [24UP] i staże [24UP] w środowisku zawodowym, podnoszące ich kompetencje i/lub kwalifikacje zawod. szkolenia i doradztwo poszerzające i ugruntowujące wiedzę niezb. do prowadzenia firmy [14UP], wsparcie JDI oraz wsparcie pomostowe (szkoleniowo-doradcze) [min.10UP] 45 UP otrzyma opiekę i wsparcie mentora zgodnie z zał.PI-PWP Mentoring [Zad.5], a na poszczeg.etapach-wsparcie doradcy zawod., pośrednika pracy,w przypadku stażystów-opiekuna praktyk, a w zakresie zależnym od ind. potrzeb UP/ON: asystenta ON, prawnika (śr. własne JMM) UP którzy założą firmę - otrzymają wsparcie doradców specjalist.(aniołów biznesu).Okres realizacji projektu: 01/09/2019-31/05/2021.
