The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 29 who are unemployed in the district of Ketrzyn. The project will be implemented from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015.The planned number of participants in the project 219 people aged 18-29 years, registered in the District Labour Office in Kętrzyn (with I and II profile of aid), non-learning and non-training (the so-called NEET youth), including persons with disabilities, with a current disability ruling, including long-term unemployed. All participants will have a specific identification of the degree of distance from the labour market and will receive individual, comprehensive job intermediation or career guidance in diagnosing needs and choosing the appropriate form of activation. A tool to identify the needs of participants will be an Individual Action Plan. The project provides for a general employment efficiency ratio for disabled participants 12 %, for long-term unemployed 30 %, for low-skilled 31 %, for participants not eligible for any of the groups of 38 %. POWIAT KĘTRZYŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KĘTRZYNIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kętrzyńskim. Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.01.2015r. do 31.12.2015r.Planowana liczba uczestników w projekcie 219 osób w wieku 18-29 lat, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie (z I i II profilem pomocy), nie uczących się i nie szkolących (tzw. młodzież NEET), w tym osoby niepełnosprawne, z aktualnym orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności, w tym długotrwale bezrobotne. Wszystkie uczestniczące osoby będą miały określoną identyfikację stopnia w zakresie oddalenia od rynku pracy oraz otrzymają indywidualne, kompleksowe pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie zdiagnozowania potrzeb oraz wyboru odpowiedniej formy aktywizacji. Narzedziem identyfikacji potrzeb uczestników będzie Indywidualnu plan Działania. Projekt zakłada ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników niepełnosprawnych 12%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych 30%, dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach 31%, dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup 38%.
