Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kętrzyńskim. Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.01.2015r. do 31.12.2015r.Planowana liczba uczestników w projekcie 219 osób w wieku 18-29 lat, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie (z I i II profilem pomocy), nie uczących się i nie szkolących (tzw. młodzież NEET), w tym osoby niepełnosprawne, z aktualnym orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności, w tym długotrwale bezrobotne. Wszystkie uczestniczące osoby będą miały określoną identyfikację stopnia w zakresie oddalenia od rynku pracy oraz otrzymają indywidualne, kompleksowe pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie zdiagnozowania potrzeb oraz wyboru odpowiedniej formy aktywizacji. Narzedziem identyfikacji potrzeb uczestników będzie Indywidualnu plan Działania. Projekt zakłada ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników niepełnosprawnych 12%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych 30%, dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach 31%, dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup 38%.
