The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Konecki County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: — at least 17 % of the disabled participating in the project; — at least 35 % of the long-term unemployed participating in the project; — at least 36 % of low-skilled people participating in the project; — at least 43 % of project participants not eligible for any of the above target groups. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the District Labour Office in Końskie will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT KONECKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KOŃSKICH

Celem projektu jest zwiększanie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie koneckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez : - co najmniej 17% osób niepełnosprawnych uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 36% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach uczestniczących w projekcie; - co najmniej 43% uczestników projektu nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I ( tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Końskich realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
