The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the city of Elbląg and the Elbląg district. The project will support people under the age of 30 qualified for I or II aid profiles – a total of 572 people are planned to be supported, with particular attention to 173 long-term unemployed and 8 people with disabilities. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The following forms of support are planned: • traineeships – for 504 people, • training of unemployed (individual and group) for 33 people, • employment voucher for 9 people, • non-refundable grants for starting a business for 26 people. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 12 % of the disabled, at least 30 % of the long-term unemployed, at least 31 % of the low-skilled and at least 38 % of the participants not eligible for any of the above-mentioned target groups. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I lub II profilu pomocy – w projekcie planuje się objęcie wsparciem ogółem 572 osób, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem 173 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz 8 osób niepełnosprawnych. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: • staże - dla 504 osób, • szkolenia bezrobotnych (indywidualne i grupowe) dla 33 osób, • bon zatrudnieniowy dla 9 osób, • bezzwrotne dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 26 osób. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 12% osób niepełnosprawnych, co najmniej 30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, co najmniej 31% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach i co najmniej 38% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z ww. grup docelowych.
