The aim of the project is to strengthen the potential and maintain at a high level the quality of human resources of the Railway Transport Authority by supporting the financing of the remuneration of ICT staff involved in the implementation of cohesion policy. The project consists of supporting, during the 12 months of 2016, the financing of remuneration for 10 posts foreseen for the ICTY as a key institution for the implementation of cohesion policy (the NSRO/UP environment institution) in the Action Plan to ensure the administrative capacity of the institutions involved in the implementation of Cohesion Policy 2014-2020. The planned 10 posts were divided into 0,5 posts between the 20 employees of the ICTY involved in the implementation of cohesion policy from the Department of Technical Permits and Interoperability and the Department of Railway Safety in accordance with the attached job descriptions and statements on the eligibility of workplaces. The project will co-finance the costs of basic salaries, internship allowances and costs of contributions from the Social Insurance Institution and the Labour Fund. Other eligible remuneration elements will also be co-financed under the envisaged measures for the implementation of the project, such as: statutory prizes, bonuses, additions and more. Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału i utrzymanie na wysokim poziomie jakości zasobów ludzkich Urzędu Transportu Kolejowego poprzez wsparcie finansowania wynagrodzeń pracowników UTK zaangażowanych we wdrażanie polityki spójności. Projekt polega na wsparciu, w okresie 12 miesięcy 2016 r., finansowania wynagrodzeń dla 10 etatów przewidzianych dla UTK, jako instytucji kluczowej z punktu widzenia realizacji polityki spójności (instytucji otoczenia NSRO / UP) w Planie działań na rzecz zapewnienia potencjału administracyjnego instytucji zaangażowanych we wdrażanie Polityki Spójności 2014-2020. Przewidziane 10 etatów zostało podzielone po 0,5 etatu pomiędzy 20 pracowników UTK zaangażowanych w realizację polityki spójności z Departamentu Zezwoleń Technicznych i Interoperacyjności oraz Departamentu Bezpieczeństwa Kolejowego zgodnie z załączonymi opisami stanowisk pracy oraz oświadczeniami o kwalifikowalności stanowisk pracy. W ramach projektu współfinansowane będą koszty wynagrodzeń zasadniczych, dodatków stażowych oraz koszty składek ZUS i Funduszu Pracy. W ramach przewidzianych środków na realizację projektu współfinansowane będą również inne kwalifikujące się elementy wynagradzania takie, jak: regulaminowe nagrody, premie, dodatki i inne. (Polish)
