    Celem projektu jest zapewnienie sprawnego i efektywnego systemu realizacji POPC poprzez budowę systemu informatycznego na potrzeby Instytucji. Zakłada się stworzenie infrastruktury i oprogramowania tj. zakup licencji serwerowych oraz serwera poczty z oprogramowaniem, które to usprawnią pracę oraz bezpieczeństwo w zakresie tworzonej dokumentacji i przechowywania danych. Ponadto planuje się opracowanie formularza umożliwiającego usystematyzowaną ocenę merytoryczną planowanej sieci NGA POPC i przyjętych rozwiązań technicznych przez ekspertów. (Polish)
