Projekt zakłada rezultaty w postaci podjęcia zatrudnienia przez 165 osób. W ramach projektu, każdy uczestnik otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej, dostosowanej do jego indywidualnych potrzeb, która będzie poprzedzona analizą sytuacji danego uczestnika na rynku pracy, jego predyspozycjami, umiejętnościami.
