The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Miechów County. The Authority plans to achieve an employment efficiency ratio of 43 % of traineeships and training participants. In addition, 30 people will benefit from one-off measures to start a business, which they will carry out for a period of at least 12 months. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie miechowskim. Urząd planuje osiągnąć wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej wśród uczestników objętych stażami i szkoleniami na poziomie 43%. Ponadto 30 osób skorzysta z jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, którą zainteresowani będą prowadzić przez okres co najmniej 12 miesięcy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
